Terms
Play Your Trip (playyourtrip.com) is run by an individual in Canada. Contact: hello@mynytrip.com.
What you buy
One illustrated adventure book for one trip, paid once. You can edit it until your trip ends and keep it afterwards.
All sales are final
You can see and use your complete book before paying, so purchases are final. If something doesn't work and we can't fix it, email us and we'll refund you.
Your password and links
Your book is encrypted with a password you choose. We never see it and can't recover it. Anyone with your book link and password can read your book, and anyone with your private edit link and password can change it, so keep them safe.
Accuracy
Places, times and map links come from what you enter. Check opening hours and bookings yourself; we aren't responsible for changes made by venues or travel providers.
Guides and partner links
Our free guides are written to be accurate when published, but prices, hours and events change: always check the official website. Some guides contain partner (affiliate) links, marked on the page; if you book through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Bookings are between you and that partner.
Fair use
Don't use the service for unlawful content, or to attack or overload it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep books online and available offline on your device, but can't promise uninterrupted service. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for your book. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
